The aim of Indian head massage is to release tension build up in the muscles of the head, face, neck, shoulders and upper back. It is a holistic practise that has been used in India for over 2000 years.

What to expect from an Indian head massage
As oils will be used, please be prepared for your hair to be a bit ‘messy’ after the massage. It’s a good idea not to wear to many layers as your top clothing will need to be removed for the massage, where you will be comfortably seated
